This video pretty much lays out the case for eating more vegetables, fruit and whole grains. Really wanna lose weight, get fit and keep the weight off? Exercise, albeit an undeniably important component of a sustained weight loss and fitness regimen, is only half of the solution. The other half? Stop buying into the food industry’s bullcrap and get the JUNK out of your diet. Jump on the whole foods bandwagon — it’s a no-brainer!
