To catch up, to live for a moment in unison with it,
that was the miracle. –Anais Nin

Okay, here’s the down and dirty list:
-
- 6 30-min. walks/week
- 3 45-min. yoga sessions/week
- 3 20-min. strength training sessions/week
- meditation 30 min./day
- eat clean all month (minus Cinco de Mayo*)
- complete the Impact A Hero 5k
- drop 10 pounds
Nothing fancy or earthshaking, just the biz.ness. Gonna treat these goals like a full-time job. Bring it!
*The Cinco De Mayo office party turned into a complete food & drink fest, BUT hey, I’m back on the wagon now.
“I’ve never known a man worth his salt who in the long run, deep down in his heart, didn’t appreciate the grind, the discipline… I firmly believe that any man’s finest hour - this greatest fulfillment to all he holds dear is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle, victorious.” –Vince Lombardi

Thanks for dropping by my site!
These goals are terrific - well done and good luck on a healthy week. What type of yoga do you do? I love ashtanga but haven’t done it in ages - I really need to get back into it.
