The Future Of Food - Genetic Engineering & Alteration Is NOT A Good Thing!

As some already know, I am currently undergoing a lifestyle makeover… reinventing myself, if you will. As part of my transformation, I have unplugged myself from the Standard American Diet (SAD). I fully embrace my new flexitarian lifestyle and I am (now more than at any other time) extremely concerned about what I put into my body. But as strong as this concern is, it is paralleled by an equally important concern… what I choose NOT to consume. Genetically modified/engineered food is NOT something I want on my plate!
Folks need to wake up and smell the coffee ’cause the kitchen is on FIRE!!!
